Giving deserving local artistes their due respect, the annual Hits FM Music Awards celebrates music and artistic freedom!

One of the most coveted awards in music fraternity, the 15th edition is soon to commence; and the first step is the nominations. As a listener, one has the power to bring forth their favorites to forefront. And starting July 31, the nomination forms are officially out.

“Only the songs that have been registered here at Hits FM from April 2010 to March 2011 are eligible. There are nineteen categories, with five nominees each,” shared Mandira Dhungel, Program Manager of Hits FM 91.2

She added that nomination forms are available at www.hitsfm.com.np and voters can select the artiste, name of the song from the list provided at the site itself.

One can also vote via SMS. Type HMA Category number Title of the song Artiste name, and send it to 9120 for NTC users; and Ncell users can sms to 19120.
