Kanaiya Singh, who’s been in the field of music for quite some time, has finally come up with his first solo album titled Aalap. It was released in Poush in dedication to his late parents Tikamai and Gopal Singh.Born in Nepalgunj, Kanaiya has gathered as much musical knowledge and experience as required to come up with his own project. With a diploma in vocals, he’s previously sung for many collection albums namely Timro Saath, Apekshya, Nepalgunj Bajaraima and others. Having sung in numerous films as well, he is very grateful to his teachers Gurudev Kamat and Dhan Bahadur Gopali. Over all, Kanaiya can boast about singing varieties of genres from Adhunik to folk pop to patriotic songs counting to almost 150 songs!!

Well, the album is just new and we’ve yet to see how well it is but you can be sure that our singer is worth your attention. Believe us, he’s someone whose singing has been appreciated internationally; He’s already performed in many places Maryland, New York in USA and New Delhi, Mumbai, Shimla and others in India.
