Comedy is always tough job to pull out. To make a person laugh just with words
and act, 'virtual rib tickling', is definitely
a tough job. More tougher than that is to find
comedians in industry. There are just handful
of them and have been there since two decade.

There
is always a double act in comedy. And Nepal has
its very own in the fecund combination of Hari
Bansha Acharya and Madan Krishna
Shrestha - the single most popular comic
group of the country.
Their contemporary is Santosh Pant,
the man in disguise, who have done more than 500
plus different appearances on national television
on his weekly satirical comedy show Hijo Ajaa
Ka Kura. He too shares friendly rapport with
the national duo. While former duo are more concentrated
on political issues the later likes to deal with
more social issues issues from layman to the businessman.
